We loved the location and found transport into the city centre cheap, reliable, convenient and easy. Our room was spacious, comfotable , spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have two comfortable arm chairs to relax in and a desk to sit at and plan our next day's itinerary. The bathroom was very well equipped and clean. We loved the location and breakfast was excellent. A wide choice of beautifully prepared food. The only caveat would be that the coffee was mediocre. Overall outstanding in every respect.

The hotel is easily reachable by car and public transport (which you should use to get around Hamburg). The rooms are spacious and look lovely. There is no obvious wear and tear and the bathroom and shower were just as spacious as the room. The bed was very comfortable and big. The hotel staff were all friendly. The bar has a really good selection and the female bartender knows her stuff. Scotch is served correctly with water and chocolate.

The hotel design is definitely something that made the most impression on me and is the reason why I chose it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We were staying here for the New Year's weekend and we were able to have dinner without prior reservation. Plus the bar party turned out to be surprisingly fun. The location is good, it's only a short walk from the station and in a nice and peaceful part of the city.

this is my second stay at the hotel. out of the Hussle and bustle of the trade show i was attending and not marking up prices when the show is on. this place is great were indusial meets modem. as the hotel was busy we were upgraded to a suite. which was nice and roomie. what also fills you with joy is when your taxi driver announces this is one of the best hotels in Hamburg. we will be back in 2 years time for the next show.
